Liste des monstres

MH1, MHF1, MH2, MHF2, MHFU

Morsure Ailment Inflicted: None
Mode normal

Mode Rage
Rien a mentionner.
Manoeuvre évasive:

Parer si nécessaire ou sortir du chemin.

Thunder Shield Ailment Inflicted: None
Normal Mode

A frequent attack used by the Khezu. It attaches its tail to the ground, then covers its body in electricity. Powerful, but relatively easy to avoid.

Rage Mode
Nothing worth mentioning.
Evasive Maneuver

Roll away from the Khezu to a safe distance. It's perfectly possible to Guard against the attack. Counterattacking is possible with some weapons; if the weapon has long enough reach(i.e. Lance , Epée Longue). This is a risky prospect, as it is very easy to accidentally come too close to the electrified Khezu.

Leap Ailment Inflicted: Possible Paralysis StatusEffect29
Normal Mode

Khezu rears backwards before leaping at the Hunter. The attack isn't especially fast, nor does it cover a wide area, but its strength is considerable.

Rage Mode
When in Rage Mode, Khezu can cover its body in electricity before leaping at the Hunter, significantly increasing the damage inflicted and possibly causing Paralysis.
Evasive Maneuver

Moving out of the way isn't too difficult. Blocking this attack is also possible. Khezu will be open to damage for a second or so after finishing this attack.

Electric Blast Ailment Inflicted: Paralysis StatusEffect29
Normal Mode

Khezu lifts its head back before lowering it and releases three electrically charged balls at the Hunter. These balls can travel for a really long distance before dissipating and can do massive damage.
In Monster Hunter Freedom Unite , Khezu can perform this attack with one minor change. If a bolt of electricity passes over its mouth, it will release five balls instead of three. The additional two balls appear to have minor homing properties. This can only be done in High-rank and G-rank quests.

Rage Mode
Inflicts increased damage.
Evasive Maneuver

When at a distance from the Khezu, it is best to try and roll in between the gaps that appear between the three different balls. Although it is possible to roll directly over them, it requires impeccable timing.
It is impossible to block this attack without the Guard Inc skill.
Khezu is very vulnerable to attack whilst performing this move. However, if under its stomach, the hunter will be thrown forward with minor damage.

Lunge Ailment Inflicted: None
Normal Mode

Khezu pulls its neck back slightly, then thrusts its head forward quickly. Not especially powerful, and rather easy to avoid.

Rage Mode
Nothing worth mentioning.
Evasive Maneuver

Rolling to the side is all that is required to avoid this attack. It is also possible to block the strike. Khezu does recover quite quickly from this attack, making a counterattack a bit hard.

Tail Spin Ailment Inflicted: None
Normal Mode

Khezu spins 180 degrees on the spot, trying to hit the Hunter with its tail. However, as Khezu's tail is of such a small size, this attack is nothing to be concerned about.

Rage Mode
Inflicts greater damage and is performed slightly faster.
Evasive Maneuver

Rolling away from the attack is suggested, although simply blocking it is also a valid option. Khezu always performs this attack at least twice in a row. With larger Khezus the tail will often simply go over the hunters head with no evasion necessary.

Ram Ailment Inflicted: None
Normal Mode

An uncommon attack during Low-Rank quests; Khezu takes two small steps forward, then suddenly jumps forward at the Hunter. Deceptively quick and more than a little surprising the first few times the Hunter sees it.

Rage Mode
Khezu can cover itself in electricity before performing this attack, increasing its power and adding the possibility of inflicting Paralysis.
Evasive Maneuver

Fortunately, the two small steps the Khezu takes gives the Hunter ample warning to roll out of the way. If this fails, it's possible to block the attack. Countering this attack is a bit difficult, as Khezu recovers quite quickly.

Ceiling Acid Drop Ailment Inflicted: None
Normal Mode

Only performed when fighting Khezu in a cave, such as those in the Swamp. Khezu will hang by its tail from the ceiling, before releasing a few drops of acid from its mouth. Inflicts considerable damage, but very easy to avoid.
Khezu sometimes drops a Shiny after performing this attack.

Rage Mode
Nothing worth mentioning.
Evasive Maneuver

Once Khezu's shadow stops moving, ensure that the Hunter is not directly below it. Even then, Khezu always releases a couple of preliminary, non-damaging drops before fully commencing the attack, giving the Hunter plenty of warning. With Khezu on the ceiling, it is impossible to counterattack unless using a Ranged weapon.

Ceiling Leap Ailment Inflicted: None
Normal Mode

Khezu spots the Hunter from up on the ceiling, then leaps down at them. Deceptively quick and surprisingly powerful, watch out for this attack.

Rage Mode
Nothing worth mentioning.
Evasive Maneuver

Keep an eye on Khezu's shadow, or indeed Khezu itself, at all times. It cannot move very quickly on the ceiling, so one should be able to dodge immediately when it shuffles towards the intended victim. Rolling out of the way of the attack is possible, as is simply blocking it. Khezu does recover quite quickly from this attack, making counterattacking tricky.
